Gin Fizz
The always refreshing and crispy Gin Fizz boosted with the more flavourful Martin Miller's Westbourne Gin. A fizzy wonder for those in the know.
Ingredients
- 60ml Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin
- 30ml club soda
- 30ml lemon juice
- 22ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice
Method
- 1. Pour the club soda into a tall glass.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker without ice.
- 3. Shake well for about 10 seconds.
- 4. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes into the shaker and shake hard again.
- 5. Double-strain into the prepared glass.
