OUR STORY

There was a time, before 1999, when ordering a gin & tonic was outrageous and contrary to good taste. It was, after another tepid, flat and poorly served gin & tonic that Martin Miller and his two friends decided to shake up the gin world…

THE GIN RENAISSANCE

“I’m going to make my own gin. A gin made from the heart where time and money won’t be an object. We’ll find England’s best distiller, source the finest botanicals and most importantly, we’ll go for the purest water, wherever it is.” said Martin Miller.

“You’re mad”, replied his friends, “Let’s do it”.

Martin Miller believed in a well-chosen, balanced cast of the finest botanicals selected on a quality first basis, wherever they were to be found, not on regional provenance.

UNCONVENTIONAL DISTILLATION

We challenge tradition by distilling separately the very best citrus and earthy botanicals and retaining only the heart of those two distillates. This way, we obtain a more balanced and smooth taste.

THE PUREST ICELANDIC WATER

Blending the final distillate with a water like no other. So pure, it does not require any processing or demineralization, giving the brand its famous soft bouquet and mouthfeel.
