- 50ml Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin
- 15ml Fino Sherry
- Garnish: Olive & rosemary sprig
- Ice
Method
- 1. Pour the Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin and sherry over cubed ice into a mixing glass.
- 2. Stir until getting the correct dilution & temperature.
- 3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 4. Garnish with an olive speared with a sprig of rosemary.
