Summerful Gin & Tonic

Seasonal rosemary and arctic thyme accentuate the citrus freshness of yet another iconic G&T. Ideal for warm summer evenings al fresco.

Ingredients

50ml Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin
150ml Indian tonic water
Garnish: Wedge of pink grapefruit & rosemary sprig
Ice

Method

1. Chill a balloon glass with ice and empty any residue water from the melted ice.
2. Pour Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin over the ice.
3. Add the tonic water gently to preserve the bubbles.
4. Stir gently
5. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary
