- 50 ml Martin Miller’s Winterful Gin
- 20 ml ginger syrup
- 12.5 ml double cream
- 1 pasteurized whole egg
- Garnish: grated nutmeg & cinnamon
- 1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker half filled with ice.
- 2. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
