Distilled in England, blended with pure Icelandic water
THE FINEST BOTANICALS
QUALITY OVER PROVENANCE
In his quest for perfection, Martin Miller insisted that all botanicals were selected on a quality first basis. Whether it was Tuscany, Macedonia, or as far away as India, was irrelevant. Today, we still only demand and seek the very finest quality botanicals for our gins.

JUNIPER, THE SHOW’S STAR
To create a gin that tastes like a gin, it all starts with juniper.
Only the fattest juniper berries, those rich in oils and aromatic loveliness, hand-selected whatever the source, make it into our gins.
NO PLACE FOR OBSCURE INGREDIENTS
And there is no need for weird scents or strange ingredients that bring colour or artificial flavour, just a well-chosen cast of botanicals, doing what they have always done, and doing it well.
At Martin Miller’s Gin, coriander gives the distinctive aroma of ginger, sage and lemon whilst angelica imparts its woody dryness. Liquorice and cassia root add sweetness and spicy aromas in equal measure and lime peel adds extra freshness. Finally, underpinning and binding it all together, is the aromatic and floral Florentine iris.
UNCONVENTIONAL DISTILLATION

BREAKING THE RULES FOR THE GREATER GOOD
Martin Miller was quite clear from the beginning: “A classic distiller’s cut, straight from the heart of the spirit, sharp as a Savile row suit, yet as smooth and refined as that classic Bentley I used to own. I want to create a modern classic, with a twist on tradition.”

PERFECT BALANCE WAS THE PRIORITY
After some experimentation, it turned out that the best combination was by distilling the best citrus and earthy botanicals separately and retaining only the heart of those two distillates.

THE PUREST ICELANDIC WATER

THE SECRET’S IN THE WATER
Icelandic water comes from snow which fell over 800 years ago. The melted ice then seeps through hundreds of meters of volcanic rock, filtering out almost all the mineral content, until it finally accumulates in deep underground aquifers.
ALIVE AND KICKING
Steep and forbidding, at Grábrók, a magical area in the west of Iceland, near Borgarnes, is where we draw the purest and liveliest water for Martin Miller’s Gin.
Icelanders truly believe their water to be a living entity, in which real magic is wrought, creating a marriage of rare softness, clarity of taste and appearance.
Our Gins
Martin Miller’s Gin is widely recognized as the world’s first ‘super premium’ gin. It has consistently won more awards for excellence in the world’s leading spirit competitions than any other gin in the last 15 years.
